Do you collect anything?

Do you collect anything or did you collect anything when you were younger? I have always collected older baseball cards, I keep them in hard plastic cases and store them in a old cigar box. I figured once I get older I could go through them all and eventually pass them down to my children or nephews. I also collect old wheat pennies. I have one penny that dates back to 1914, the oldest penny that I own.

What about you, what do you or did you collect?

yeah Vintage cameras. It started with a working Pentax from the 70s I found in a Goodwill. Very quickly my collection grew and now I have over 22 cameras from as early as 1950.

Awesome Erik, looks like I may have to go to some goodwill to see if I can't snag a few old baseball cards.

Currently, I have a collection of DVD's and Blu-Rays.

I have an interesting collection (of which I'm very jealous, by the way ), but as I haven't counted it for some time, I don't know the exact number at that time. Besides DVD's and Blu-Rays I've already collected mugs.

See, I never really had the chance to collect baseball cards because I'm from Europe and in my country, there's no baseball... well, we recently got like 2-3 teams, haha.

I guess that I collect mugs. I think that I have over 80 different mugs that I've stored over the years. They're all pretty special and country or area specific. I love those cute, hand painted ones :) my partner thinks that I have too many already but nope. I need MOAR.

I used to collect quite a lot of trading cards for various different things. The biggest collection of trading cards I had was called Match Attax and it was based on the Premier League clubs and football players over here in the UK. (That's soccer to you Americans). When I was around 6 or 7 I used to collect a lot of Club Penguin trading cards as well which was amazing, I remember almost everyone in our school was trading with each other and they actually banned it after a while because people were getting upset with each other :D.

I actually collect vintage music equipment and old instruments, I go to pawn shops and thrift stores and purchase old fiddle, guitars, handmade instruments, etc. and restore them and refinish them. I am a musician, of sorts, so some of the refinished items I keep, and some I sell off. I just finished a beautiful od dulcimer, which I am keeping for myself.
